Marcela Arroyave

Operations Manager

A graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, Marcela takes pride in her mission to create an uplifting workplace for our staff so they can provide the most caring and comfortable dental care.

Having started dentistry as a file clerk 23 years ago, Marcela's diverse journey took her through various roles before leading her back to the dental field. Her extensive experience ranges from designing multi-million-dollar homes in the Sierra Nevadas to non-profit and employee management roles.

In 2021, Marcela enthusiastically partnered with her husband, Dr. Demian, to provide top-tier dental care to the Camas community. She completed the Dental Assisting Program at the Washington Academy of General Dentistry and, in 2022, seamlessly transitioned to her role as our operations manager.

Her love for building relationships with patients is at the heart of Marcela’s work. She takes great pride in helping them understand their dental benefits and ensuring they understand their treatment. Hearing about their life milestones and ensuring they have the best dental experience makes every day rewarding for Marcela.

Outside work, she enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with hiking, beach strolls with her dogs, and indulging in the region's fine wines and cuisines. Marcela is dedicated to maintaining wellness by regularly attending yoga and Pilates. One interesting fact patients might not know is that she was born in Guatemala, and it makes her day to converse with patients in her native Spanish.
