At Camas Dentistry, we understand that seeing a dentist and not having dental insurance can be daunting, which may lead to you not seeking routine dental care for you or your family due to finances. We have created a membership plan for cash-paying patients without insurance. This membership plan was created to encourage patients without insurance to seek routine exams, cleanings, and x-rays at a lower rate. Also, should you require any non-cosmetic dental work recommended by Dr. Woyciehowsky, you will receive a greater discount by being a member. • Payment for treatment not included in the Camas Dentistry office plan is due at the time of service.
• The membership plan benefits may not be combined with insurance or other offers or discounts.
• This Camas Dentistry membership plan runs for twelve months, beginning with the first appointment using any of your package benefits.
• This office discount plan is not dental insurance but is intended to alleviate the cost of dental care.
• An initial comprehensive exam is required to establish the type of cleaning appropriate for your care.
